Apple iPhone 3GS 16GB damaged by repair at home (iOS, water damage, Auckland, Abby Technology Limited)

This Apple iPhone 3GS, 16GB was submitted to us with SIM tray missing, two bottom screws missing, crack back casing and metal bazel detached (sign of serious impact damage) and water damage signs inside the iPhone.
The motherboard was burnt due to wrong assembly of components by home style repair.
